Job summary

Busy Bee Pre-School in Honiton is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will plan and deliver engaging, high-quality play and learning opportunities for preschool children, working as part of a small, supportive team.

Applicants must hold a full Early Years and Childcare qualification (Level 2 or above) and be adaptable. DBS disclosure is required; experience in a busy setting and strong communication with parents via feedback are essential.

Early Years Practitioner - Busy Bee Pre-School (Honiton)

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, passionate and committed Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

Successful applicants will need to hold a full and relevant Early Years and Childcare qualification (at a minimum Level 2 or above) and will need to be adaptable and flexible due to the nature of the business. Previous experience of working within a busy pre-school environment would be advantageous.

• You must be hardworking, motivated, love the outdoors and be passionate about working within an early years environment.
• You will be working as part of a team so it is essential that you have good communication skills.
• You will be expected to plan and deliver high quality play and learning opportunities through a wide range of activities.
• You will carry out key person responsibilities and communicate effectively with parents through daily and written feedback and have sound working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework with a desire to support and promote individual children, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
