Job summary

Aspire People are seeking passionate Nursery Practitioners / Teaching Assistants to join a primary school in Brownhills, supporting nursery-aged pupils with tailored activities and close collaboration with the classroom teacher.

You will help foster academic, social and emotional development, building confidence in early years and promoting inclusive practices through flexible teaching approaches and ongoing feedback to parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning (or ratio equivalent).
• Experience working with children in a nursery environment.
• Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with student, staff and parents.
• Patience, resilience, and ability to provide emotional support when needed.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving needs of the student.
• Knowledge of teaching methodologies and resources for supporting individual students.
• Relevant qualifications in education or teaching assistant role are desirable but not essential.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nursery Practitioners / Teaching Assistants to join Aspire People to work in a Primary school, working in their Nursery.
