Job description

We are seeking qualified educators/practitioners to join our team at Dots & Tots Nursery in Leicester. Due to high demand, especially among 1, 2, & 3-year-olds, we are looking for dedicated individuals to start with us.

Salary: Dependent on qualification and experience, above NMW/NLW.

Our nurseries have a strong reputation for maintaining high standards, as evidenced by our recent 'good' ratings in all areas during inspections.

Ideal Candidate: Demonstrates a mature attitude, focused on delivering excellent standards, with a natural ability to work as part of a team. Responsible, flexible, and proactive.

We provide onboarding training including:

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Paediatric First Aid Certificate

We value individuals who can bring a bit of quirkiness and fun to the workplace, including:

• Ability to engage children imaginatively (e.g., pirate captain)
• Comfortable discussing bodily functions and handling related situations
• Ability to sing out of tune in front of others
• Capacity to count children rapidly and accurately
