Job summary

Bright Horizons Woking Day Nursery is looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Woking. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment that supports each child's development and curiosity.

You will work within the EYFS framework, holding a Level 3 or higher in Early Years, with a focus on safeguarding and building trusting relationships with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage development towards milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves, engage their minds and foster a lifelong love of learning.
• Build strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers to support children's progress.
