Job summary

Daisy Fays Limited in Truro is seeking a qualified Early Years practitioner to deliver high-quality EYFS experiences and support children to flourish through child-led learning and Forest School activities.

You will join a caring, experienced team in a beautiful setting, with opportunities for professional development, flexible working options, and career progression within the Daisy Fays group.

Qualifications

• Must have full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality EYFS experiences that inspire learning and development.
• Support children to achieve their full potential through engaging, child-led learning.
• Contribute to Forest School and outdoor learning opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with families from across Truro and the surrounding communities.
• Work collaboratively within a large, experienced team of childcare professionals.
• Maintain safeguarding, care and education standards.
• Support continuous improvement and development of the setting.
