Key Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day care of children aged 0–5 years
Support delivery of activities in line with the EYFS framework
Contribute to a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
Support children’s development through play and structured activities
Build professional relationships with parents and carers
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
Complete apprenticeship coursework alongside practical learning
Requirements
Interest in Early Years education and childcare
Commitment to completing an apprenticeship programme
GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above) or willingness to obtain
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
Compliance Requirements:
Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid (training provided where required).
