Day Rate: £140 - £160 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Job Description:

Are you a warm, caring and motivated Early Years Practitioner with a passion for nurturing young minds? Do you thrive in a setting that celebrates every child’s individuality and encourages personal expression? If so, this could be the opportunity for you!

We are looking for a talented EYFS practitioner to join our nursery team in the heart of Northampton from September 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire young minds through engaging, playful learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Be a key person who builds warm, trusted relationships with children and their families.
  • Create a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and included.
  • Support children with additional needs, helping them thrive through tailored care and encouragement.
  • Contribute to vibrant planning and assessment, capturing children’s development in meaningful ways.
  • Grow with us, taking part in team collaboration, training, and exciting school-wide opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Good basic education (GCSE or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
  • Effective communication skills and a kind, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to use initiative and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience supporting children with SEND is highly desirable.
