Bright Horizons North Baddesley Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, helping them reach key milestones in a safe, welcoming setting.

You will contribute to a warm, family-like culture, collaborating with a consistent team and supporting parents in preserving a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Years Practitioner, plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities.
• Foster a safe environment and support individual development milestones.
• Develop trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
