Are you a skilled Early Years Practitioner with a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification, ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners? The Role:

• Position: Early Years Practitioner.
• Salary: GBP80-GBP100 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
• Start Date: Immediate.
• Location: Enfield, North London.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support young children in their early development, helping them build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering a high-quality Early Years curriculum.
• Provide 1:1 and group support to children, tailoring activities to individual needs.
• Encourage social, emotional, and academic development through creative and engaging activities.
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights with the teacher and parents.

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is required.
• Prior experience in an Early Years setting, ideally in a school or nursery.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach.
