Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves is seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner for a permanent role in Southwark. The successful candidate will support young children through the early stages of their education in a nurturing pre-prep setting.

The role requires a minimum CACHE Level 3 qualification and at least three years of relevant experience, with a focus on EYFS learning, safeguarding and strong parent partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience in Early Years or pre-prep settings.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner looking to join a nurturing pre-prep school in Southwark? This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional to work within a well-established setting supporting young children through the early stages of their education.

The school is looking for an Early Years Practitioner with a minimum CACHE Level 3 qualification and at least 3 years' experience working within an Early Years or pre-prep setting. You will play an important role in creating a safe, engaging and stimulating environment where children can develop their confidence, independence and early learning skills.

• Be confident supporting children's learning and development across the Early Years.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to build positive relationships with young children and their families.
• Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to providing a high standard of care and education.
