Job summary

Reed Early Years in the United Kingdom seeks flexible Early Years practitioners to provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0–5. This role allows for a tailored work schedule with opportunities for ongoing placements. Applicants should have Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualifications or experience in childcare. Comprehensive training, including safeguarding and first aid, will be provided to ensure candidates are prepared and ready to make an impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children aged 0–5 in line with EYFS.
  • Ability to assist with play, learning and development activities.
  • Knowledge of maintaining safe environments.

Who we’re looking for

We welcome:

  • Early Years practitioners (Level 2, Level 3 or above)
  • Unqualified practitioners with experience or passion for Early Years
  • Nursery nurses / childcare professionals
  • Early Years Teachers (EYTS/QTS/EYPS)
  • SEN / SEND experience (desirable)

Whether you’re experienced or starting out, we’ll support you into the right role.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting children aged 0–5 in line with EYFS
  • Assisting with play, learning and development activities
  • Helping maintain safe, engaging environments
  • Working as part of a nursery or pre-school team
