Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking an Early Years Practitioner who will plan and conduct activities that support children’s development, while maintaining open communication with families about progress and wellbeing. You will work within a nurturing team to provide stimulating, safe settings that help children explore and flourish.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare, and offers competitive pay (£14.20/hr at 40 hours a week), plus benefits such as paid day

• Rate - £14.20/Hr - Full time (40Hrs/week) Plus Ridda Card supplied to cover public transport costs)
• About The Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, your responsibilities include planning and conducting activities that cater to our Childrens development, collaborating closely with families by maintaining open communication to exchange information about children's progress and well-being. Adhering to regulations and engaging in ongoing professional development, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and flourish independently!

Essential Criteria: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will need to be level 3 qualified in correlation to the government guidelines.
