Reeson Education are looking to appoint flexible and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to support a number of outstanding nurseries across Hackney.

Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Hackney
Pay: £13.69 - £16 per hour
Start Date: ASAP | End Date: Flexible

The Role - Early Years Practitioner:

  • The Early Years Practitioner will work on a flexible, ad-hoc basis depending on availability
  • Support daily routines, play and learning across baby, toddler and preschool rooms
  • The Early Years Practitioner will follow safeguarding and EYFS frameworks at all times
  • No paperwork or planning required - focus purely on care and engagement
  • Ideal for a skilled Early Years Practitioner seeking balance or varied experience

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification is essential for the Early Years Practitioner
  • The Early Years Practitioner must be reliable, caring, and enthusiastic
  • Understanding of EYFS and safeguarding policies is essential
  • Must be confident working across different age groups and adapting quickly
  • A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) is required for every Early Years Practitioner
