What You’ll Do:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Work closely with teaching staff to plan and deliver engaging activities.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to help children meet developmental milestones.

Promote positive behaviour and social skills through a nurturing approach.

Track and report on children’s progress and work with external agencies when needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

Level 2 or Level 3 Child Care Qualification (Essential)

Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, or similar early years setting

A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, caring, and enthusiastic individuals
