We currently support a well-regarded nursery in the Portsmouth area, known for its inclusive approach, strong safeguarding culture, and focus on early intervention. The team is passionate about giving every child the best possible start, working closely with families and external agencies to support individual needs. What You ll Do:As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Support children s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Work closely with teaching staff to plan and deliver engaging activities.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to help children meet developmental milestones.
Promote positive behaviour and social skills through a nurturing approach.
Track and report on children s progress and work with external agencies when needed.
Level 2 or Level 3 Child Care Qualification (Essential)
Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, or similar early years setting
A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, caring, and enthusiastic individuals
