What You ll Do:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Work closely with teaching staff to plan and deliver engaging activities.

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to help children meet developmental milestones.

• Promote positive behaviour and social skills through a nurturing approach.

• Track and report on children s progress and work with external agencies when needed.

Who We re Looking For:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Child Care Qualification (Essential)

• Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, or similar early years setting

• A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
