Bright Horizons Little Stars Day Nursery is seeking a full-time Early Years Practitioner in Harwell/Didcot. The nursery has 63 places and is rated Good by Ofsted.

You will plan and deliver engaging activities, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment that promotes exploration and a love of learning. The role requires a Level 2+ Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, and safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong partnerships with parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and develop learning.
• Support children's development towards early milestones and lifelong learning.
• Build strong working partnerships with parents and colleagues.
