Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and review engaging activities tailored to each child, helping them reach milestones and cultivate a lifelong love of learning.

You will work in a supportive, safeguarding‑driven environment with a strong EYFS focus, benefiting from development opportunities and a clear pathway for career growth.

Qualifikationen

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/ carers.

Salary Level 2 – £27,009 - £27,823 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Salary Level 3 – £29,612 - £33,020 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Frimley Green Day Nursery. We have a well established long standing leadership team who are passionate about supporting their teams wellbeing and careers. We boast our own veg garden and visit the local care home regularly.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
