About The Role

We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our Nursery Team at Butlin's Bognor Regis.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key worker, participating in planning, organization, and operation within the nursery room.
• Provide a stimulating and varied programme of play alongside team members.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Work with the Nursery Leadership team to deliver a consistent experience for parents, carers, children, and staff.
• Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and caring environment that promotes child development.
• Monitor and implement safeguarding policies.
• Assist in activity planning, child observation, and maintaining development records.
• Develop and deliver a stimulating and creative atmosphere with a wide activity programme.

About You

• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Caring and nurturing attitude towards children.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).

Details:

• Permanent role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:15 am and 5:45 pm.
• Paid fortnightly.
