Job summary

Thrive Cove Bay is seeking an Early Years assistant for a 40-hour week at our nursery in Cove Bay, Aberdeen. You will provide safe, engaging learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years and support daily routines and holiday cover while building strong relationships with families.

While an Early Years qualification is desirable, the role values passion, reliability, teamwork, and safeguarding.
