Job summary

Thrive Perth Meadows is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a supply role with flexible, zero-hour contracts in Perth. The role offers £12.80 per hour, rising to £13.45 per hour for suitably qualified candidates.

Training and development opportunities are fully funded, and there is potential for career progression within Thrive. Join our home-from-home setting to lead engaging activities for children aged 3 months to 5 years, with a focus on safe practice and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Teamwork and reliability in a childcare setting.
• Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
• Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
