Job summary

Outdoor Owls Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join a fast-paced, growing team. The role is hybrid, spanning sites in Surrey and South West London, plus our Cobham office, with some remote work and a flexible January start.

You’ll coordinate Owlcademy training and induction journeys, plan events, support marketing activities, and help with new site setups while embedding our ethos.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced operations and handles multiple priorities.
• Passionate about early years education and outdoor learning.
• Organised with strong admin skills and adaptability to systems.
• Comfortable using IT systems and creating marketing visuals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Owlcademy training and induction journeys.
• Plan and coordinate company events and open days.
• Support marketing activities including leafleting and social content.
• Assist with new site set-up and embed ethos.
• Support Family Experience and Operations Lead with admin across sites.
