Job summary

Nala Global Ltd is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our Stoke-on-Trent nursery. This role focuses on nurturing young children and supporting their development in a safe, stimulating setting.

You will work as part of a friendly team to deliver high‑quality care and education, building strong relationships with children and families while following safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification is desirable/required depending on role.
• Previous nursery or Early Years experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.
• Supporting children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities based around children’s interests and development.
• Observing and recording children’s progress and contributing to their individual learning journeys.
• Ensuring children’s health, safety and wellbeing are maintained at all times.
• Supporting children with their personal care needs where required.
• Working effectively as part of a wider nursery team.
• Following the nursery’s policies, procedures and safeguarding requirements.
• Creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
