YMCA Dulverton Group is seeking a dedicated Nursery Cleaner to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our early years setting. You will help create a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise nursery rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
• Vacuum, mop, dust and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Maintain high hygiene standards throughout the nursery.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste safely.
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as required.
• Follow health and safety procedures and cleaning schedules.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Nursery Cleaner to help maintain our beautiful early years setting to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

This is an important role within our nursery, helping to create a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. If you take pride in your work, have an eye for detail, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitising nursery rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and maintaining floors and surfaces
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene are maintained throughout the nursery
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely
• Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies as required
• Following health and safety procedures and cleaning schedules
• Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to management

What We're Looking For
