Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking a nurturing early years assistant to support high-quality care and learning experiences across our nursery cluster in Guildford. You will help create safe, engaging environments and support children’s development through play and planned activities.

You will work with nursery teams to maintain standards, follow EYFS requirements, and uphold safeguarding and confidentiality. The role offers flexible working days, no fixed hours, and opportunities to gain experience

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within early years.
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Follow EYFS requirements and GrandirUK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
