Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking an enthusiastic team member to support delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children across our nursery settings.

You will help create safe, nurturing environments, support children's development through play and planned activities, and work with nursery teams to uphold exceptional standards of care. DBS checks and safeguarding remain a priority in all duties.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Experience in an early years, nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills within early years.
• Flexibility to travel across local nursery cluster.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Follow EYFS requirements and GrandirUK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
