Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is assisting a client in Beaconsfield to recruit a Nursery Manager who will lead a high-quality early years setting. You will oversee safe, welcoming environments and partner with parents and staff to promote children’s learning and development.

The role requires a Level 3 in Early Years, at least two years of experience in early years, and preferably management experience. Strong EYFS and Ofsted knowledge, plus ICT/MS Office skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 in Early Years
• Minimum two years’ early years experience
• Early years management experience preferred
• ICT qualification or strong Microsoft applications knowledge preferred
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted Early Education inspection Framework

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment that promotes children’s learning
• Manage day-to-day running of the nursery delivering outstanding care and education
• Be accountable for achieving nursery targets with a commercial and people focus
• Lead the nursery team with a positive and developmental approach
• Address conflicts constructively while supporting staff development and performance monitoring
• Inspire colleagues to deliver the best childcare and education

Our client is looking to recruit a Nursery Manager.

As a Nursery Manager you will be responsible for:

• You will effectively manage the day to day running of the nursery delivering outstanding standards of care and education in partnership with colleagues, parents and children

• Lead the nursery team with a positive and passionate outlook, being able to deal with any conflict resolution while developing yourself and others through professional development and monitoring performance

The successful candidate will need:
