Bright Horizons Andover Day Nursery and Preschool is hiring an Early Years Lunchtime Assistant for a 20-hour week role in Andover. You will join a team caring for babies and young children, supporting their development through engaging activities and a calm, nurturing environment.

The role emphasises teamwork, safeguarding, and a positive approach to helping children reach milestones while offering a supportive setting for staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with babies and children up to age 5 is preferred.
• Ability to engage children through interactive play and storytelling.
• Willingness to undergo safeguarding checks (DBS) and child welfare checks.

Responsibilities

• Look after babies and children up to age 5 as part of a nursery team.
• Support development through play, reading, and activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure children's welfare and safety.
