Job summary

Bright Horizons Andover Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Lunchtime Assistant for a 20-hour week. You will join a caring team, helping with lunchtime routines and activities that support children’s development in a warm, safe setting.

Experience with children is beneficial but not essential; a passion for early education and the ability to work well with colleagues and families is key. We offer a supportive environment with safeguarding commitments and a focus on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with children ideal but not essential.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Look after babies and children up to age 5 as part of a team.
• Support play, reading and activities to aid development.
• Assist with lunch time routines and daily care of children.
