Job summary

Bright Horizons Witney Day Nursery in Witney, Oxfordshire, is hiring an Early Years Assistant to care for babies and children up to age 5. You will join a supportive team, engage in interactive play, reading, and activities to stimulate curiosity and development.

The role offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with permanent contract, competitive salary starting around £26,790.40, and benefits including childcare discounts, enhanced parental leave, generous leave, pension, and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience with children is ideal but not essential.
• Ability to build trust with children, colleagues and parents.
• Ability to use varied communication techniques with children and adults.
