Role Details: provide safe, high-quality education and welfare for children, support school policies, and work with the Headteacher and teaching staff in a collaborative team. Term-time hours, Monday–Friday 8:30–15:30, with a 30-minute unpaid break.

Qualifications

• Holds the relevant Level 2 qualification.
• Experience of working with young children.
• Experience of communicating effectively at all levels.
• Able to promote positive discipline in line with the ethos of the school.
• Experience of motivating pupils to develop to their full potential.

Responsibilities

• To provide safe, high-quality education, care and welfare for children
• To fulfill legal and statutory requirements
• To contribute to and implement school policies.
• To work under the direction of the Headteacher, EYFS Lead and Class Teachers to become part of a successful team.
