Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps is seeking an Early Years Leader for seasonal holiday work. Hours run 8.00am–6.00pm on weekdays, with options for full-season or part-season roles. You will oversee the Early Years programme, ensuring child welfare and safety, and delivering engaging activities to our youngest campers.

You'll work alongside the Camp Manager to meet OFSTED requirements and provide a pastoral, parent-facing role for 4 and 5 year olds, delivering high-quality care and structured fun.

• Oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp.
• Ensure the welfare and safety of the children.
• Deliver structured activities (sports, arts, play) to Early Years children (Ultimate Activity Juniors).
• Work with Camp Manager to ensure OFSTED requirements are met.
• Provide high quality pastoral care and liaise with parents for 4 and 5 year olds.
