Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps is seeking an Early Years Leader to oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp and ensure the welfare and safety of children aged 4 and 5. You will deliver structured activities across sports, arts and play, working closely with the Camp Manager to meet OFSTED requirements.

You will also take a pastoral role, acting as a key contact for young children and communicating with parents to support a high-quality childcare environment during the seasonal camp

Qualifications

• Experience delivering care and activities for young children.
• Ability to plan and run structured activities (sports, arts, play).
• Strong communication with parents and staff to ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp.
• Ensure the welfare and safety of the children.
• Deliver outstanding, structured activities to Early Years children (4–5 years).
• Work with Camp Manager to meet OFSTED requirements.
• Act as a pastoral contact for 4 and 5 year olds and liaise with parents.
