Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps in Reading is seeking an Early Years Leader to oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp and ensure the welfare and safety of the children. You will deliver structured activities (sports, arts, play) to the Early Years children alongside your Camp Manager to meet OFSTED requirements.

You will take on a pastoral role for 4 and 5 year olds, liaising with parents and providing high quality care. Seasonal full or part-season work is available across holidays.

• Oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp
• Ensure the welfare and safety of the children
• Deliver outstanding, structured activities (sports, arts, play) to the Early Years children, our Ultimate Activity Juniors
• Working alongside your Camp Manager, ensure OFSTED requirements are met
• Take on a pastoral role as a key contact for the 4 and 5 year olds on camp, providing high quality care and liaising with parents.

Job description

• Contract: Seasonal holiday work available. Future opportunities in other half term holidays.
• Hours: 8.00am – 6.00pm weekdays. Full season or part season roles available.
