Where Passion Meets Purpose

The earliest years of a child’s life shape who they become. These first experiences influence how children see themselves, relate to others, and engage with the world. At Reddam House Early Learning School, we honour this profound responsibility and we’re looking for like-minded educators to join us.

Think back to someone who saw you, believed in you, and made a difference during your early years. Now imagine being that person for a child every day.

We’re searching for a passionate Early Years Lead Practitioner the fire-keepers who believe in children’s limitless potential and who find joy in nurturing curious minds, kind hearts, and capable hands.

At Reddam House Early Learning School in Wokingham, Berkshire, our children (aged 3 months to 4 years) learn through a natural rhythm of the day, not a rigid schedule. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, we view children as confident, competent learners from birth. Our richly resourced environment and inquiry-led curriculum reflect this belief.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £16.00 per hour
  • Flexible working – choose a 4- or 5-day week to suit your lifestyle
  • Free lunch and access to a school pension scheme
  • Generous fee discounts for your own children
  • A beautiful 125-acre setting of woodlands and parkland to inspire your days
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • The unique privilege of working in a through school, watching children grow from 3 months in our nursery to confident young adults in our Sixth Form, a truly rewarding journey

What You’ll Need:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience with young children
  • Genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and teamwork
  • Your own transport, as we are not on a public transport route

You’ll also become part of the Inspired Education Group, the world’s leading global group of premium schools. We support over 90,000 students across 27 countries, combining local excellence with global best practices.

This is more than a job. It’s a chance to shape the future, one child at a time.

Join us at Reddam House Nursery — and help children grow into the people they were born to be.
