You will lead Pedagogical Leadership across Foundation Stage, oversee EYFS curriculum with robust assessment, mentor staff through CPD, and collaborate with partner schools and the St.

Responsibilities

• Pedagogical leadership: lead, sustain and expand the Curiosity Approach across the Foundation Stage.
• Curriculum & progress: oversee EYFS curriculum with effective assessment tracking to ensure pupil progress.
• Strategic improvement: contribute to the School Development Plan and create targeted EYFS action plans.
• Staff empowerment: coach, mentor, model team teaching and deliver CPD to raise practice.
• Collaboration & outreach: lead networking, deliver training, and liaise with partner schools and the Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
