Job summary

Sheffield City Council operates an Early Years Language Centre and seeks an Early Years Inclusion Assistant to support children with SEND through language-based, play-focused activities.

You will work with the Early Years Inclusion Teacher and Speech and Language Therapists to deliver targeted interventions, adapt spaces and share practical resources with families and settings to promote inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND and early years development.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Support play-based learning and language activities with children.
