Caring Kindergartens Ltd is seeking individuals to join their team as nursery staff, focusing on child development, observation, and supportive care within the EYFS framework.

You will work as part of a team, developing play experiences and documenting progress, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safeguarding. The role emphasizes reflective practice, strong English communication, and Collaboration with colleagues for a positive nursery environment.

Qualificações

• Level 2 childcare qualification recognised by the Department for Education.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
• Understanding safeguarding practices.
• Experience in an early year setting (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Work as part of a team and act as key worker for a group of children, observing, recording and assessing progress with photographic evidence.
• Develop high quality interactions with children and extend their thinking and learning.
• Plan, prepare and deliver a wide range of play experiences promoting physical, intellectual and emotional development.
• Ensure activities are drawn from children’s next steps, observations and interests within the EYFS framework.
• Support each child in developing self-esteem, confidence and feelings of competence.
• Provide a positive model of behaviour towards children and families with friendliness and care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current issues, legislation and practices through regular training.
• Be aware of hygiene standards and ensure they are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive nursery team.
