Job summary

Salford is seeking committed Best Start Inclusion Practitioners to join the Starting Life Well Service and support the delivery of our Best Start Family Hubs offer. You will work with babies, children, families and practitioners to promote participation and positive developmental outcomes across Salford.

Responsibilities

• Support babies, children and families in universal and targeted settings.
• Support group activities and early intervention for diverse needs.
• Provide information, advice and guidance to families and practitioners.
• Identify emerging needs early using agreed approaches.
• Support referrals and pathways to additional support.
• Promote inclusive transitions into and between early years provision.
• Collaborate with Family Hubs workers and partners to strengthen inclusive practice.
• Maintain accurate records and use feedback to drive improvement.
