Job summary

Early Years Academy is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner for a nursery in Lingley Mere, Warrington, Cheshire. The role offers an hourly rate of up to £13.00, with a focus on safeguarding and delivering engaging, play-based learning for babies to preschoolers.

You will work as part of a supportive team, coordinating with colleagues and parents to ensure consistent care and development in line with the EYFS framework.

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification in Childcare or Early Years suitable for the position.
• Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Experience in planning age-appropriate activities and observing progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and early education for babies, toddlers and preschool children.
• Support learning and development in line with EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and assess progress.
• Promote inclusivity, safety and positive behaviour; liaise with parents and carers.
