MiChild Group is recruiting for an Early Years Educator at Moorevilla Nursery in Blackpool. The role is 40 hours per week, rotating early/middle/late shifts, and offers a competitive package based on qualifications. A Level 3 EYFS qualification and strong safeguarding knowledge are required.

DBS checks and Right to Work in the UK are mandatory. Flexible working options are available within a 3‑day week schedule (Mon–Wed).

About MiChild at Moorevilla Nursery

Moorevilla Nursery, proudly rated as "Good" by Ofsted, Ofsted have said that children thrive in a happy and engaging environment. Knowledgeable staff support them as they participate in engaging experiences. Staff follow children's lead, which helps them stay engaged, interactions with children are of a high quality.

Moorevilla Nursery is one of our largest settings and has a capacity of 117 . We have 6 rooms; 3 room dedicated for our youngest learners that are under two, 2 rooms for curious toddlers (2-3 years old) and a large pre-school room. The nursery is located on a beautiful one acre of land and boast 3 large outdoor classrooms specifically individually spaces designed for babies, toddler and pre-school.

Moorevilla has a strong focus on providing a welcoming family vibe and atmosphere, whether this be with new families or our MiChild Team and also has a full refurbished Mi-Learning Lounger which is used to facilitate inhouse and external staff and family training.

What We’re Looking For:

Due to growth within the setting we are looking for a full time, 40 hour per week Early Years Educator with:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)*
• A strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
• Demonstrated and robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
• Passionate about inclusive learning for all and the ability to inspire little minds

**Please note this role is full time**

Shift Patterns:

This role operates on a rotating weekly shift schedule to ensure coverage and flexibility. You will alternate between early and late shifts on a week-by-week basis.

• Early Shift: 7.30am -5.00pm
• Middle Shift: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Late Shift: 9.00am-6.00pm
