MiChild Group is recruiting for an Early Years Educator at Moorevilla Nursery in Blackpool. The role is 40 hours per week, rotating early/middle/late shifts, and offers a competitive package based on qualifications. A Level 3 EYFS qualification and strong safeguarding knowledge are required.

DBS checks and Right to Work in the UK are mandatory. Flexible working options are available within a 3‑day week schedule (Mon–Wed).

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised) is required.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.
• Demonstrated safeguarding knowledge and awareness is essential.
• Passionate about inclusive learning and the ability to inspire little minds.
