Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries in Saltford seeks an Early Years Educator - Level 3 (SENCO) to join our two-site nursery and pre-school. The role offers full-time, part-time or flexible working options and a competitive base salary with onboarding and SEND allowances.

You will deliver high-quality EYFS learning, support development and wellbeing, and build strong relationships with families and staff across both sites. The setting values training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years required.
• Experience working with SENCO/SEND and supporting children with additional needs.
• Strong knowledge of child development.
• Confident, collaborative and professional communicator.

up to £29,910.40 per annum base salary with an onboarding bonus of £1,500, SEND allowance of £1,200 and value of additional benefits after one years' service: £5,287

The setting is split across two sites: the nursery located on the main road in Saltford, and the pre-school based within the grounds of Saltford Primary School, with additional after-school club provision also delivered.
