Busy Bees is hiring an Early Years Educator to support intellectual, social, and emotional development in children at our Braintree Great Notley nursery. Join a leading UK nursery group committed to high-quality education and growth opportunities.

You will work within our Bee Curious curriculum, fostering curiosity and confidence in young learners, with a strong focus on safeguarding, development, and family partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience with children under 5 is preferred.
• Ability to plan and deliver EYFS activities.

Responsabilités

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities that support children's development aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
