Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. in the UK is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children at Busy Bees. You’ll contribute to delivering the Bee Curious curriculum in a welcoming, nurturing setting.

As part of a longstanding team, you’ll plan activities, build strong relationships with families, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment that supports every child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
