Busy Bees in Braintree Great Notley is seeking an Early Years Educator to support intellectual, social and emotional development in children within our Outstanding nursery. You'll engage with the Bee Curious curriculum and contribute to a nurturing, high-quality setting near Chelmsford and Stansted.

The role focuses on planning activities, maintaining a safe learning space, and building strong partnerships with families as a Key Person, while supporting the team in delivering exceptional early

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
