Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children’s intellectual, social and emotional development in a caring nursery environment.

You will contribute to our Bee Curious curriculum, help plan engaging activities, and foster a warm, inclusive space where every child can thrive. This role prioritises childcare excellence and professional growth within Busy Bees Bexleyheath.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
