Job summary

Refresh Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nursery Practitioner in Chingford. The role involves providing high‑quality early years education, planning play-based activities, and supporting children’s development in a safe, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting preferred.
• Good understanding of child development and EYFS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play.
• Create a safe, inclusive, nurturing environment for children.
• Observe, assess and monitor children's development and progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support nursery operations and maintain high standards of care.
