About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. We provide opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are seeking a qualified professional to help us realize our vision of being the leading childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6:30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks, we have positions to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?
  1. Work in partnership with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and for children.
  2. Support the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  3. Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met consistently.

We seek someone who can achieve outstanding outcomes for children. Requirements include:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
  • Enhanced DBS check (we'll cover the costs)
