This role offers a competitive salary up to £28,808 per annum, regular pay reviews, 33 days of annual leave, flexible working options and a generous welcome bonus for qualified practitioners.

Qualifications

• Qualified practitioner with relevant early years experience preferred.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare is essential.
• Understanding of EYFS framework is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff to ensure standards are delivered and maintained.
