Job summary

Grandir UK Limited’s Kiddi Caru Day Nursery on Great Park Road in Bradley Stoke, Bristol, is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our team. You will support and inspire children, promote curiosity and help them thrive in a play-based EYFS setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the EYFS
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
